Who we are

We are the parents of a 15-year-old sophomore who attended North Valley Christian Academy (NVCA). Our daughter had no disciplinary history, strong academic performance (4.4 GPA), and positive relationships with her teachers.

Within approximately 48 hours, she was removed from her school mid-year—without transition, without restorative options, and without being accused of misconduct.

This site exists to document what happened factually and transparently, including that:

our daughter repeatedly asked to leave a classroom and requested that a parent be present, and those requests were denied;
her emotional distress escalated into a documented medical emergency;
the precipitating incident was not meaningfully investigated by school administration;
the decision to withdraw her enrollment was communicated by email on a Sunday morning by the middle and high school principal;
information about her enrollment status was shared among students without our consent; and
decisions prioritized adult interests and institutional closure, while our daughter was left without advocacy or protection.

Our purpose is not to inflame conflict, but to ensure that what happened to our daughter is accurately understood and not quietly repeated.
